House Rules

All guests are expected to follow the House Rules out of respect for our homes. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you!

1. Pets are allowed, but we ask that you bring a maximum of 2 animals. Pets must be crated in a crate provided by the guest when guests are not on the property. Pets must be on leashes outside. No pets on furniture, please! 

2. Please, absolutely no parties on the properties without prior permission.

3. Please, no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the units. 

4. Commercial photography and filming is NOT permitted. 

For Buckeye Lake ONLY: Check-in begins at 2:00pm EST. Check out is at or before 10:00am EST. Please park in marked spots for your unit or in front of your unit's garage door only. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 6:00am. Please be respectful and courteous of other guests in the complex. Thank you!

For Port Charlotte ONLY: Check-in begins at 4:00pm EST. Check out is at or before 11:00am EST. 14 guests maximum, please! No horse play or diving in the pool for safety reasons. Thank you!
