Jay and Annie Adkins have been real estate investors since 2002. They have personally been through the thick of things when the market crashed and come out the other side to rebuild and continue to flourish in real estate. Having experienced many ups and downs both personally and professionally, they decided that after doing hundreds of deals themselves, it was time to share their wealth of knowledge and experience with others by doing what they really love: combining real estate with helping others! 

They are now real estate investing coaches and have their own business/life coaching groups as well. They have numerous courses available for others to learn their tips and tricks, they are Amazon best sellers with their own book Vision Focused Life, and the book they co-authored, Changing Lanes. They have done all types of real estate deals from buy and hold to vacation rentals, subject-to, and everything in between. 

When they are not working on their numerous businesses or implementing new ideas, they can be found helping others through their non-profit or spending time with their four children doing things they love as a family!
